By submitting your phone number through our Site and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from TrueRise Service related to your quote request, appointment scheduling, project status updates, and service follow-ups.

5. Service Agreements

Any actual fencing installation or repair work is governed by a separate written service agreement or contract signed by both parties, which will include specific terms regarding pricing, payment (including any deposit requirements), timelines, warranties, and scope of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.

6. Payments and Deposits

Where applicable, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per the schedule outlined in your service agreement. Specific payment terms will be provided in your individual quote/contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueRise Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our liability for any claim arising from Services actually performed shall be governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
